New sport in Indiana?

I tell ya, I just can't leave things unsupervised for too long. Case in point: I go on family leave from my job for two months, and I come back to find THIS sign in my office park:

My guess is this must be a new sport for Hoosiers, right up there with basketball, auto racing, and cow tipping.
